The Multi-rates project was one of the commerce train initiatives, seeking to solve a friction point and enable a potential revenue stream, by allowing users search for multiple rate types that they are qualified for and display the compare view to help them book the best option with ease.
Information architecture is redesigned around the current backend and reservation system capabilities, to serve the seamless experience with many data points. Thus overall project touched lots of different groups across the organization, including business and revenue management, loyalty, content and accessibility, development and testing, e-commerce and marketing. Delivered for multi variate testing on mobile native app and responsive web.
