Scope of the work

Collaboration with product owners from the feature research and validation, to design QA of the product before its release and all the design iterations in between. We have conducted multiple rounds of focus group interviews, both 1-1 sessions and group, validating the features and their impact, received initial design feedback. During our twice a week design sessions with the larger UX group; design strategy, requests, needs and solutions were shared with the team and we worked around ensuring consistency with other modules or similar solutions across the product. Worked on design system components and updated the existing components for supporting new features with the help of design systems crew. Ensuring accessibility is also considered from the beginning of the process, our partners from accessibility team guided us with best practices and design evaluations around the usability of accessibility. In order to have more efficient and faster releases, we have partnered with third party technology providers. The timeline view, which uses Bryntum engine for the front-end interactions, adopted into our design system components to ensure a seamless look and feel. This was achieved by working close collaboration with a dedicated front-end developer during the design phase. Similarly worked with Ag-Grid, D3.js and Highcharts for data tables and graphics visualizations.
