Consisted of Risk Detect, Third Party Tracker, Risk Atlas and Admin Portal; each risk portfolio products answers unique challenges for global corporations around fraud detection, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, risk mitigation, following local regulatory changes and their effects on the company through multiple detail levels of dashboards, data processing and regulatory content updates.

Scope of the experience design work varies on a large scale, from updating and improving current user flows into more user friendly and time saving patterns with the help of user feedback; to conceptualizing and designing new modules for existing software that are completing the end-to-end product solutioning journey.

Interviews with product partners, prototyping and validation sessions, workshops with product owners, data scientist, customer success managers and technology teams were conducted regularly while actively managing the UX team on an agile software release train.
